We’re so happy you’ve found our sweet little slice of the internet. Violette is a cottage bakery in Waco, TX, specializing in french pastries and Parisian macarons. It was started by Mary Danielson Perry, a native Texan, former academic, and self-taught baker. When not baking, Mary writes books, plays with fluffy dogs, sews dresses, and goes to Cameron Park Zoo with her professor husband and utterly charming toddler.
